Regarding Villa Paranacito, it is quite limited in possibilities to do things and activities for tourism, a town more focused on people who go fishing.

The hotel is large, it has many rooms, a refrigerator for common use, electric kettle, barbecue area and swimming pool. However, it has a big problem which is the bathroom. The room I stayed in had the bathroom shower surrounded by wood, which is not well sealed and all the water it is intended to contain escapes and floods the entire bathroom floor. I spent 3 days mopping the floor after taking a shower. The hotel owner is very friendly but said there was no solution to the problem and we had to stay in that room.

The experience was not good. We arrived there was no one to receive us and we left there was no one to hand over the keys at 10 (and we were 3 different rooms in the same room). The price seemed a bit excessive to me because we had to pay more for air conditioning (I didn't know that the rooms didn't have it, they didn't explain it to me in advance), they don't provide breakfast despite being a hotel (I understood that hotels do). The room is comfortable and clean, yes. The city is beautiful but it is more for fishermen or families with children, there are no bars or restaurants and that is for tourism, only stores a couple of rosticerias keep that in mind.
